David is born and raised in South Florida. David received his Bachelor of Science with honors from Florida International University. David then received a scholarship to attend Florida International University College of Law where he achieved a Juris Doctor degree, graduating from their Inaugural Class. He is a member of the Florida Bar, Federal Bar- United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida; Federal Bar- Northern District of Florida, and the Palm Beach Commercial Realtors Association.

Saidin concentrates his practice in the areas of international tax planning, tax compliance, and business and wealth succession. He is sought after for his focused handling of complex matters involving multiple jurisdictions.
Saidin assists global families with planning their investments in the United States and with pre-immigration planning. He regularly advises family offices and trust officers regarding foreign trusts, tax and estate planning, and investments in the United States.

Mr. Morales earned a law degree from the Universidad del Rosario in Bogota Colombia and a Juris Doctor degree from Florida International University College of Law. Mr. Morales is licensed to practice law both in Colombia and in Florida.
Mr. Morales has been advising clients, as in house counsel or through several positions at law firms for over 14 years in risk management, business law, cross-border transactions, corporate financing, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations in Latin America and Florida.
