Saidin concentrates his practice in the areas of international tax planning, tax compliance, and business and wealth succession. He is sought after for his focused handling of complex matters involving multiple jurisdictions. Saidin assists global families with planning their investments in the United States and with pre-immigration planning.
He regularly advises family offices and trust officers regarding foreign trusts, tax and estate planning, and investments in the United States. Saidin has considerable experience creating and managing Private Trust Companies in the U.S. and abroad and dealing with the complex tax reporting of foreign trusts and beneficiaries. He also works on the taxation of partnerships and corporations, mergers and acquisitions and international corporate reorganizations. Saidin also represents individuals in offshore voluntary compliance matters (OVDI and Streamlined) and expatriation for long term residents and U.S. Citizens.
